General Manager - ITS (Calibration)

Location: West Chester, PA. Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR export controls.

What you will do

• Manage full P&L for the market, developing annual plans and overseeing financial performance and expenses.
• Provide leadership and professional development for department staff, setting goals and succession plans.
• Partner with corporate revenue teams to implement business development and sales strategies to scale the business.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure strict adherence to ISO 17025 standards.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all laws, policies, and regulations.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence within the team.

Requirements

• Must be a "U.S. Person" (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with ITAR export controls.
• Eight years of experience in Calibration, including at least three years in management responsibilities.
• 3+ years of experience with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to perform electrical, dimensional, temperature, pressure, and mechanical calibrations.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain TWIC status.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Platforms.

• Bachelors degree in an Engineering field or Industrial Technology Associates degree.
