What you will do

• Take full ownership of the Country P&L and Working Capital, responding to macro-economic pressures.
• Partner with local MAT and marketing teams to establish brand profitability goals and seasonal pricing analysis.
• Manage customer trade term negotiations and strategic investment planning by channel and segment.
• Oversee accounts receivables and manage customer credit risk to optimize cash flow.
• Coordinate annual financial planning and quarterly forecast updates for regional and corporate leadership.
• Drive monthly management reporting and the zero-based budgeting (ZBB) process.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of commercial finance experience, preferably within Toys, FMCG, or licensed consumer goods.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA).
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and US GAAP/statutory accounting principles.
• Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey.
