What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end tax, statutory, and IFRS reporting, including managing Big 4 audits.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP for the local entity.
• Ensure compliance with Desbas Free Zone regulations and reconcile customs records.
• Supervise inventory controls, scrapping processes, and payroll accuracy.
• Direct interaction with Turkish tax authorities and customs officials.

Requirements

• Turkish: Fluent/Native proficiency required for interaction with local authorities.
• English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced proficiency required for HQ communication.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a senior accounting or finance leadership role within a manufacturing enterprise.
• Deep understanding of Turkish Free Zone regulations and tax incentives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP implementation and Big 4 audit procedures.
