What you will do

• Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis activities.
• Prepare periodic financial and operational performance reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Perform profitability, cost, and business performance analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes leveraging BI platforms, AI-powered analytics, and data automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or External Audit.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics or data automation solutions.
