Salary: 36400–45000 GBP gross per year

What you will do
- Set up client onboarding for analytics & insights services and deliver tactical training for Guided Analytics and tools (Connect Express, Discover).
- Understand client business priorities and identify opportunities during day-to-day engagements, handing off to Account Development when appropriate.
- Collect Voice of Customer inputs for User Experience & Service Model topics.
- Develop category expertise, engage with client industry and market trends, and challenge client hypotheses with new perspectives.
- Produce recommendations using rigorous analysis across multiple data sources with commercial awareness.
- Manage workload independently, prioritize commitments, and maintain work log trackers and project plans where applicable.
Requirements
- Experience creating and delivering presentations with strong storytelling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data confidently and work accurately with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and prioritization with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
- Confident numerically and solutions-oriented problem solving.
- Experience working in an analytical environment; understanding of the FMCG industry and trends; proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
