TL;DR

Senior Producer (Gamedev): Coordinating major areas of development for iconic creative management simulation titles with an accent on cross-discipline team synchronization and feature delivery. Focus on optimizing production pipelines, managing risks, and leading agile ceremonies to ensure high-quality releases.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in studio) or Onsite in Cambridge, UK. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Coordinate development across significant areas of the project to deliver high-quality player experiences.
• Support cross-discipline teams including design, art, animation, code, audio, QA, and publishing.
• Utilize JIRA and planning tools to organize, schedule, and monitor project progress.
• Create and refine production pipelines to help developers work efficiently and sustainably.
• Identify risks and blockers and implement solutions to emerging issues.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Producer with at least two shipped PC or console titles.
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
• Ability to communicate confidently across all organizational levels.
• Strong collaboration skills to facilitate cross-discipline teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Cambridge, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA or similar production tracking tools.
• Personal interest in management simulation games.
