Location: Seoul, South Korea; frequent travel within Korea and internationally, particularly to Japan.

What you will do

• Manage technical relationships with Korean game developers and publishers across a portfolio of partner accounts and game titles.
• Support partners throughout the game development lifecycle by identifying risks, troubleshooting technical challenges, and driving issues to resolution.
• Advise studios on hirify.global technologies, development best practices, tools, pipelines, and production workflows.
• Coordinate Developer Technology Group engineers, business account managers, and global teams to deliver consistent partner support.
• Provide onsite technical support, workshops, training sessions, postmortems, and knowledge-sharing events.
• Represent Korean partner feedback internally and advocate for product and service improvements.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Korean and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Korean game development industry, ecosystem, and studio culture, with direct experience working with Korean developers, publishers, or development partners.
• Hands-on engineering experience with game development SDKs and the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical development challenges.
• Understanding of modern game development pipelines, production workflows, and development tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer focus, independent working ability, and effective collaboration with global engineering and business teams.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience, plus willingness to travel frequently within Korea and internationally.

• Technical knowledge of the hirify.global platform.
• Direct console game development experience, including contributing technically to a console title launch.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams or external game development partners.
• Japanese language skills.
