What you will do

• Develop existing business and meet annual revenue growth targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with delivery counterparts to ensure value is delivered to the customer.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare status reports.
• Partner with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within the territory.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing account management role.
• Strong relationship management experience, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of the digital, AI, and software development landscape.
• Ability to develop winning IT proposals and handle RFP responses.
• Experience working with commercial contracts and CRM tools.
• Must be able to travel to client sites.
