What you will do

• Translate business and customer requirements into clear specifications for the development team.
• Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Assemble product screens and components using the ShadCN design library.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Creative Director to research, analyze, and prototype new features.
• Develop user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, and mockups for system flows.
• Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating prototypes and wireframes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and user journey analysis.
• Ability to think in systems and identify gaps or inconsistencies in logic and scalability.
• Proficient written communication skills in English.
• Access to a Mac for utilizing required design tools.
