What you will do

• Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into clear IAM and One Identity specifications.
• Define and optimize governance processes for non-human identities, including onboarding, lifecycle management, and access control.
• Analyze identity structures and access models to enhance visibility and risk control.
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and IT teams to enable informed decision-making.
• Actively shape the architectural design and application of IGA4NHI across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst within IT, IAM, or security domains.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process design.
• Experience with process modelling using tools like BPMN.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex, evolving topics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Utrecht (NL) to support the hybrid work model.
