Salary: €4,105 - €5,862 per month

What you will do
- Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into clear IAM and One Identity specifications.
- Define and optimize governance processes for non-human identities, including onboarding, lifecycle management, and access control.
- Analyze identity structures and access models to enhance visibility and risk control.
- Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and IT teams to enable informed decision-making.
- Actively shape the architectural design and application of IGA4NHI across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst within IT, IAM, or security domains.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process design.
- Experience with process modelling using tools like BPMN.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex, evolving topics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Utrecht (NL) to support the hybrid work model.
