TL;DR
IT Support Technician (System Engineering): Providing front-line technical support and managing hardware/software installations within a LAN environment with an accent on Level I and II troubleshooting and HIPAA compliance. Location: Onsite in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. Must have a reliable car to travel between office locations.

What you will do
- Provide Level I and II support for hardware, software, VOIP phones, and mobile devices for on-site and remote users.
- Install, configure, and roll out computer hardware and software across local and remote sites.
- Maintain IT inventory and support data center, surveillance, and site access control systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and HITECH security standards for electronic protected health information (ePHI).
- Document incidents and troubleshoot peripherals, servers, and networking issues.
- Coordinate technical resources for both small and large-scale IT projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry certifications.
- 5-7 years of experience in technical support roles.
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10, Edge, Intune, and Office 365 Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and 2FA solutions (Duo).
- Ability to create and modify PowerShell scripts.
- Must have a reliable car for travel to and from work and other office locations.
