What you will do

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to ensure yield, cycle time, and quality targets are met.
• Monitor production yield, conduct process mapping, and design experiments to identify root causes of excursions.
• Manage KPIVs/KPOVs and Fast Triggering systems to maintain stable and controlled operations.
• Conduct data queries and analysis to provide relevant insights for engineering teams.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
• Support product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with product specifications.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing processes.
• Experience in failure analysis.
• Knowledge of process setup, buyoff, and process mapping.
