What you will do

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to ensure yield and quality targets are met.
• Monitor production yield to detect excursions, conduct process mapping, and implement immediate containment.
• Design experiments to identify root causes of production issues and propose effective corrective actions.
• Perform data queries and analysis to provide actionable insights for engineering teams.
• Manage Fast Triggering systems and monitor KPIVs/KPOVs to maintain stable operations.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must be based in Woodlands, Singapore.
• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and failure analysis is preferred.
