Salary: $135,000 – $145,000

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for fan engagement, including gamification and community features.
• Develop initiatives for fan identity, registration, and audience segmentation using first-party data.
• Establish a strong experimentation culture using A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and cohort analysis.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate product discovery and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, editorial, data, and revenue to launch impactful experiences.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Deep understanding of US sports culture and fan engagement behaviors.
• Proven track record of improving engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Experience scaling community, loyalty, or gamification platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage initiatives from concept through iteration.

• Experience with fantasy sports, sports betting, or prediction products.
