What you will do
- Own the market entry strategy & execution and adapt the global GTM plan to achieve sustainable growth locally.
- Build the market from scratch by identifying, recruiting, and activating partners.
- Develop partnerships & relationships with HR tech partners, resellers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the company in local events, networks, and with partners.
- Gather market intelligence from partners, customers, and competitors to refine strategy and ensure product-market fit.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Leadership) to ensure alignment and local adaptation.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Sales, Business Development, or Market Launcher roles in B2b SaaS or digital transformation environments.
- In addition to English, professional proficiency in one or more languages spoken across the Baltic and Central & Eastern European region including; Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovenian, Slovak, or Ukrainian.
- Track record of market entry or business building in this market, similar, or other emerging markets.
- Experience with Partnership, Channel sales, or constructing Business Units/ from scratch teams and other entrepreneurial projects.
- Hunter mentality: Persistent, resourceful, and excited about opening new doors and building new opportunities.
- Strong communicator & relationship builder able to engage with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers.
