SEO Product Manager

What you will do

• Co-own the SEO product roadmap from ideation through design to implementation and iteration.
• Design and guide the implementation of high-scale services for internal linking, automated content generation, and taxonomy management.
• Collaborate with engineering, designers, and BI teams to integrate SEO requirements into the development cycle.
• Design and execute large-scale SEO experiments and build PoC systems for rapid iteration.
• Define and track key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, indexation rates, and search visibility.
• Leverage AI and automation to scale SEO processes and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical-adjacent SEO experience with proven results in driving organic growth.
• Extensive experience managing websites with 1M+ indexed URLs, focusing on crawl budget and site architecture.
• Solid technical foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
• Proven experience implementing high-scale services for organic search growth.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work within European timezones.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI implementation and automation for scaling SEO.
• Background in B2C platforms, job boards, or marketplaces with high content velocity.
• Experience with international SEO and managing multi-language websites.
• Ability to build custom tools for SEO optimization.
