Senior SEO Specialist (AI Search)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end organic search strategy across English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese locales, with France as the primary growth market.
• Partner with the Content team to brief, review, and optimise content for SEO, AEO, and AI-powered search.
• Manage competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary programme.
• Lead technical SEO across the Webflow site, including hreflang, canonical strategy, JSON-LD structured data, Core Web Vitals, crawling, and indexation.
• Develop AEO and AI search strategies for Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush, translating performance data into priorities linked to New MRR.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of on-page optimisation and content SEO.
• Ability to write and validate JSON-LD, manage hreflang at scale, and diagnose crawl and indexation issues independently.
• Experience working in Webflow or a comparable CMS without developer support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect SEO activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Fluent English and strong written communication skills.
