What you will do

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to ensure yield and quality targets are met.
• Monitor production yield, conduct process mapping, and implement immediate containment for excursions.
• Design experiments to identify root causes of failures and propose corrective actions.
• Execute data queries and analysis to provide actionable insights for engineering teams.
• Maintain stable operations by monitoring KPIVs/KPOVs and managing Fast Triggering systems.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore (Woodlands).
• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities.
• English: Proficiency in verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
