What you will do

• Own projects end-to-end from discovery and architecture to deployment and iteration.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to prototype and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Design and maintain full-stack applications, backend services, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business challenges and communicate technical trade-offs.
• Contribute to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and observability to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience moving from ambiguous business problems to deployed software solutions.
• Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to evaluate build-versus-buy decisions.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in production environments.
• Experience building and maintaining production web applications using frameworks like Laravel.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Cloudflare).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, and Astro.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks like PostHog.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, agent frameworks, and LLM APIs.
• Experience with containerization and infrastructure-as-code.
