What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain features and services that solve customer problems and scale efficiently.
• Lead and execute projects end-to-end, covering requirements, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate directly with internal teams and customers to understand needs and craft practical solutions.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Engage in architectural discussions and influence long-term technical direction.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and shared learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in production environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with experience in modern frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
• Back-end experience with PHP (Laravel preferred), Go, or similar.
• Strong understanding of database design and development (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL; MongoDB a plus).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure.
• Comfort using Cursor or similar AI-assisted coding tools.

Nice to have

• Experience building or maintaining distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency designing and optimizing APIs and data flows.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, etc.) and performance profiling.
• Experience identifying and solving scalability or data-processing bottlenecks.
