What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of transformation workstreams from planning through to execution and outcome realization.
• Define delivery plans, milestones, and success measures while managing scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with product, engineering, shared services, and business stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Lead operational transformation initiatives, AI-enabled projects, and internal platform delivery.
• Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the transformation portfolio.

Requirements

• Must have valid working rights for Australia.
• Professional level English (written and verbal) required.
• Proven experience leading complex technology transformation programs or enterprise delivery initiatives.
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements with technical delivery in software or platform environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders, delivery governance, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with high levels of ambiguity.
