What you will do
- Lead presales engagements for strategic Wholesale and Enterprise accounts as the senior technical authority across the sales cycle.
- Build commercial cases for proposed solutions, including capex/opex, margin analysis, and ROI projections.
- Translate customer business issues into services engineering approaches aligned with commercial objectives.
- Govern network deployment programs using frameworks for change control, achievement tracking, AOP prioritisation, acceptance testing, and handover to assurance.
- Manage capex/opex budgets, forecasting, and cost-reduction initiatives across the transport network.
- Procure, govern, and performance-manage a multi-vendor supplier base nationally, ensuring WHS, quality, financial, and delivery benchmarks.
Requirements
- Experience in a consulting role preparing business cases and providing engineering solutions to customers.
- Presales leadership experience with deal structuring and solution shaping, including insights from prior industry experience.
- Proven expertise in technical networks, security delivery capability, and program management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage partners, vendors, and collaborators effectively.
- Strong capability constructing financial and technical arguments and presenting them at an executive level.
- Ability to convert complex customer requirements into clear services engineering solutions.
