What you will do
- Assist customers in integrating within their cloud environments to ensure rapid platform value realization.
- Develop and conduct fundamental training sessions and educational resources explaining core functionalities.
- Monitor Mutual Activity Plans to track customer progress and provide insights into observability tool usage.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to align platform utilization with their specific business goals.
- Partner with customers to develop business cases for expansion and quantify solution impact through regular reporting.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification or equivalent experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Technical knowledge of modern stacks, including Cloud, Containers, and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS or tech sectors.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, PHP, Ruby, Node, Python, or SQL).
- Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering/NLP to retrieve information or develop solutions.
