What you will do
- Manage daily relationships with brand and store-level contacts in the electronics and furniture categories.
- Support the acquisition and onboarding of new brands and merchants into the company system.
- Design and implement national and local promotion programs in collaboration with retail partners.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, finance, and risk teams to execute retail campaigns and subsidy processes.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on category growth and partner contributions.
- Monitor subsidy utilization and ensure timely reconciliation of all claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management.
- Proven experience in managing merchant relationships and executing promotional programs.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of electronics and furniture retail markets.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the fintech, banking, or e-commerce industries.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
