hirify.global is an independent gaming studio focused on creating innovative products, currently developing the unique Social RolePlay game One State.

What you will do

  • Develop and scale the OneState community in Indonesia to improve player engagement and retention.
  • Build, train, and manage regional volunteer and moderation teams across Discord and in-game platforms.
  • Act as the primary advocate for Indonesian players, bridging communication between the community and internal product teams.
  • Collect and analyze player feedback to provide actionable recommendations for the Product team.
  • Create and localize educational content, guides, and tutorials for the local player base.
  • Execute local community events, manage the regional content creator program, and monitor app store reviews.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in mobile gaming.
  • Native or fluent Indonesian speaker.
  • English proficiency: C1-C2.
  • Proven experience managing and editing Discord servers and training volunteer teams.
  • Availability for UTC+7 working hours for community-facing activities.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian gaming culture and mobile RP/social RP gaming.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with Role Play (RP) projects or GTA-style games.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships or content creator programs.
  • Track record of launching a new community or region from scratch.
  • Proficiency in other Southeast Asian (SEA) languages.
  • Experience in structured player research and feedback collection.
