What you will do
- Lead and implement Indonesia communication plans and digital marketing strategy.
- Drive online/digital marketing and social media strategies and develop new initiatives.
- Ensure consistent corporate branding and execute external marketing communication objectives.
- Conduct market analytics and customer insights; support market research and competitive intelligence.
- Coordinate and manage agency partners, including schedules and deadline tracking.
- Guide and coach marketing communication and digital services team; support corporate branding aligned to global initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications, brand management, advertising, or agency environments.
- Strong ability to develop and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
