What you will do

• Oversee issuance, bookings, controls, and operational process integrity across the team.
• Monitor collateral and margin activities, including portfolio reconciliations, margin calls, collateral optimization, and monthly interest and coupon settlements.
• Act as the first escalation point for client inquiries, disputes, and regulatory queries.
• Support new client onboarding and resolve collateral-related issues with Credit, Sales, Trading, Middle Office, Legal, Front Office, Settlements, and Corporate Treasury.
• Train and coach team members while identifying inefficiencies, risks, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Collateral Management or derivatives experience or exposure.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues, review processes, and develop solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or the ability to learn macros and advanced functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with portfolio reconciliations and margin-call processing.
• Knowledge of emerging business, economic, and market trends.
• Financial, analytical, and technical skills with strong attention to detail.
