What you will do

• Maintain monthly and quarterly reporting packages to ensure consistent operating rhythms.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and 5-year strategic plan presentations.
• Consolidate group monthly management reports with detailed analysis and commentary.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to provide actionable financial insights.
• Implement reporting guidelines and integrate automation and AI into financial processes.
• Coordinate the global finance reporting calendar and support audit initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A and business partnering.
• Advanced proficiency in TM1 (IPA), Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
• Experience with complex financial data, trend analysis, and forecasting.

Nice to have

• CA or CPA certification.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
