What you will do

• Prepare pitch books, market research, and capital structure reviews to support origination efforts.
• Execute live transactions through financial modellhirify.global, liquidity analysis, and the preparation of credit applications.
• Conduct comprehensive business and market analysis and manage due diligence reviews.
• Support syndication processes by preparhirify.global materials and maintainhirify.global active dialogue with loan investors.
• Collaborate with Sector Teams, DCM, Financial Markets, and Corporate Finance to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory, ethical standards, and internal hirify.global policies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, loan capital markets, corporate lendhirify.global, or related financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineerhirify.global, Advanced Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to perform complex financial modellhirify.global.
