What you will do
- Conduct periodic KYB/KYC re-reviews for German business customers using internal tools.
- Manage direct client communication via email, phone, and chat to resolve data gaps.
- Identify and flag process blockers or inconsistencies to improve documentation flows.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge resources using Notion AI.
- Ensure high precision in compliance cases to maintain accurate account status.
Requirements
- Native-level German proficiency is required for professional client communication.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (support, onboarding, or success).
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding regulatory and compliance documentation.
- Ability to maintain composure and methodical focus under pressure.
- Must be based in Barcelona to support the hybrid office model.
