What you will do

• Oversee daily service operations including preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and repair activities.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Service Supervisors, Engineers, and Technicians.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing escalated technical issues and service dissatisfaction.
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulations such as DOSH and company EHS policies.
• Manage departmental budgets, including manpower costs, equipment, and fleet expenses.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and technician productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the lift & elevator industry.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lift systems including traction, hydraulic, MRL, and controllers.
• Understanding of Malaysian regulatory compliance (DOSH, EHS).
• Proficiency in service reporting tools and maintenance management systems.
