Location: Must be based in New York, NY (On-site 4 days per week)

Salary: $210,000–$260,000 (Total compensation $335k–$400k)

What you will do

• Drive the AI-enabling product strategy for the Customer Data Platform to improve advertiser match rates and attribution accuracy.
• Lead the roadmap for AI-powered data quality, including anomaly detection and real-time self-service monitoring dashboards.
• Define advanced observability features and third-party monitoring integrations for enterprise-grade infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to deliver the Core CDP roadmap.
• Align with senior stakeholders and executives to steer platform development as the AI stack scales.
• Define and achieve OKRs focused on data quality, integration coverage, and platform reliability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical roles within high-technology companies.
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally owning data infrastructure or AI/ML-adjacent products.
• Deep experience with AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with anomaly detection or data observability tools.
• Ability to collaborate on technical architecture decisions and lead commercial conversations with clients.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in Adtech, Cloud Data Warehouse, Identity Resolution, or Data Science.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior product managers.
