Open Call for Founders / Founding Teams - Product Management and Engineering (AI): Building and accelerating AI products such as Command, CLI, and MCP with an accent on customer-driven discovery, rapid delivery, and autonomous execution. Location: San Francisco, California; New York, New York; Portland, Oregon; or remote within Canada or the United States

What you will do
- Identify meaningful customer problems and decide what is worth building.
- Build and automate end-to-end workflows using Command, CLI, MCP, and the broader AI stack.
- Ship products and experiments quickly through tight iteration and deployment cycles.
- Measure customer and business impact, stop ineffective experiments, and scale successful ones.
- Operate as an autonomous founding team that selects targets, ships products, and owns outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience shipping a real product, tool, company, or open-source project used by others.
- Cross-functional product and engineering ability, such as prototyping for product managers or strong product judgment for engineers.
- Strong opinions and practical judgment about AI products.
- Hands-on experience building AI products with AI.
- Ability to move quickly, measure results, communicate clearly, and take ownership of business impact.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation systems, or agent harnesses.
