What you will do

• Identify and solve critical customer problems before they are assigned.
• Build and automate end-to-end workflows using the internal AI stack, including Command, CLI, and MCP.
• Ship products rapidly through tight iteration cycles and honest impact measurement.
• Operate as an autonomous team to define targets, execute builds, and own outcomes.
• Iterate on AI product features, killing ineffective experiments and doubling down on successful ones.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping real products, tools, or open-source projects.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Strong technical proficiency across the stack, with PMs capable of prototyping and engineers possessing product taste.
• Hands-on experience building AI products, with knowledge of RAG, evals, and agent harnesses.
• Ability to communicate clearly and own business outcomes.
