Staff Technical Program Manager (Ads)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in office locations).

Salary: $194,600 - $272,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead and drive complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams in the Ads Monetization space.
• Partner with engineering leaders to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs, and risks for technical initiatives.
• Create and improve scalable execution processes to reduce organizational toil and improve delivery quality.
• Mentor and lead team members to develop organizational and project management skills.
• Bring order to complex projects, ensuring teams remain successful even after program completion.
• Utilize technical judgment to identify root causes and select optimal solutions for large-scale systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering and program management roles.
• 4+ years of experience focused on digital ads platforms or ads monetization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
• Technical depth and judgment to partner effectively with engineering staff.
• Must be based in the United States.
