What you will do

• Provide technical engineering assistance including design, drafting, and research for scenic scopes of work.
• Review vendor-provided design documents, drawings, and test plans to ensure project specifications are met.
• Assist in managing the full lifecycle of scenic equipment from bidding and manufacturing to installation and commissioning.
• Develop and execute test protocols and procedures for show action equipment.
• Update engineering specifications to support the delivery of scenic systems.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Technical Theatre, Architecture, or Building Construction.
• Experience in theme park-specific technical roles supporting scenic elements like rockwork, facades, or artificial foliage.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and diagrams.
• Strong analytical skills to collect data, define problems, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bedford, UK.
