TL;DR

What you will do
- Ensure CDM Principal Designers and Designers roles are fulfilled according to CDM 2015 Regulations.
- Carry out the role of CDM Advisor to support clients and fulfill PSDP roles for projects in Ireland.
- Coordinate health and safety during the pre-construction phase, including the management of safety files.
- Liaise between clients and designers to share planning, monitoring, and coordination information.
- Advise clients on assembling pre-construction information for contractors and designers.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the construction industry focusing on CDM/Health and Safety.
- Expert knowledge of CDM 2015 and safety legislation in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
- Proven experience as a Principal Designer or CDM Advisor on large-scale energy or industrial projects.
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Incorporated member of the Association for Project Safety (IMaPs).
- Full and clean driver's license.
- Visa: No sponsorship available; sponsorship transfer may be considered for candidates with significant current UK experience.

- PSDP qualifications.
- Experience in the energy sector.
- Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) or currently working towards it.
- Knowledge of procurement, contract administration, and project controls.
