What you will do

• Manage and mentor the Offensive and Application Security team, including performance evaluations and hiring.
• Oversee penetration testing engagements and security assessments for web, mobile, and SaaS applications.
• Lead the secure code review program and ensure adherence to security best practices.
• Develop automation to streamline security processes and improve response times.
• Communicate security findings and strategy to executive leadership, technical staff, and legal counsel.
• Partner with business groups to define testing scopes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of information security experience.
• 3+ years of management experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or application security.
• Strong knowledge of adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Proficiency with security testing tools like BurpSuite, Metasploit, and Nessus.
• Deep understanding of OWASP, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001/2 standards.

Nice to have

• Certifications: GWAPT, CISSP, GCIH, or CEH.
• Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud security implementations.
