What you will do

  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring customer issues and product defects.
  • Analyze incident and support trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve systemic issues.
  • Track recurring incidents and document corrective actions and preventative recommendations.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in the Las Vegas or Reno, Nevada metropolitan areas.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or Problem Management.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience performing root cause analysis and identifying recurring trends.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
