What you will do
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring customer issues and product defects.
- Analyze incident and support trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve systemic issues.
- Track recurring incidents and document corrective actions and preventative recommendations.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documentation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in the Las Vegas or Reno, Nevada metropolitan areas.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or Problem Management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
