What you will do
- Serve as a technical liaison for assigned customer accounts and maintain relationships with customer technical contacts
- Develop understanding of IGT product platforms and customer environments to ensure alignment with customer needs
- Coordinate incident handling, track incidents, and communicate updates to customers
- Participate in customer reviews and meetings, identify risks, and assist in preparing customers for changes
- Support issue resolution coordination and escalation handling under guidance for complex scenarios
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, SE, Systems Engineering)
- Deep understanding of enterprise software, infrastructure, and IT operations
- Experience managing large-scale or complex customer environments
- Strong executive communication, organizational, and leadership skills
