Location: Must be based in San Francisco (On-site 5 days per week)
Salary: $431.8K – $508K

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end relationship for strategic North American accounts, driving global adoption and expansion.
- Lead commercial negotiations and renewals for 7-8 figure ARR portfolios.
- Manage and mentor a small team dedicated to strategic client success.
- Partner with Legal Engineering to uncover new use cases and influence internal product roadmaps.
- Drive platform adoption through structured success planning and executive-level engagement.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for complex, multinational legal organizations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record managing accounts worth >$2M ARR.
- Direct experience managing and developing a team.
- Experience working with legal teams, regulated industries, or professional services.
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in the San Francisco Union Square office.
- Strong executive presence and storytelling abilities for senior-level stakeholder management.
