TL;DR

Strategic Customer Success Manager (LegalTech): Leading post-sale relationships for high-value global legal clients with an accent on adoption, expansion, and commercial negotiation. Focus on driving platform value for 7-8 figure ARR accounts and managing a high-performing team in an in-office environment.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco (On-site 5 days per week)

Salary: $431.8K – $508K

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for strategic North American accounts, driving global adoption and expansion.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and renewals for 7-8 figure ARR portfolios.
  • Manage and mentor a small team dedicated to strategic client success.
  • Partner with Legal Engineering to uncover new use cases and influence internal product roadmaps.
  • Drive platform adoption through structured success planning and executive-level engagement.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for complex, multinational legal organizations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven track record managing accounts worth >$2M ARR.
  • Direct experience managing and developing a team.
  • Experience working with legal teams, regulated industries, or professional services.
  • Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in the San Francisco Union Square office.
  • Strong executive presence and storytelling abilities for senior-level stakeholder management.
