Location: Must be based in Irving, TX (Onsite 5 days/week). Domestic relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are available.

Salary: $172,630 – $258,950

What you will do

• Define the strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap for digital twin platforms, simulation environments, and AI Factory infrastructure.
• Lead the architecture organization responsible for the complete lifecycle of Physical AI development, from data generation to model validation.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and robotics teams to ensure seamless integration of real-world data and virtual simulation workflows.
• Oversee the design of high-performance storage, GPU compute clusters, and orchestration platforms to support distributed AI training.
• Translate emerging AI technologies into scalable enterprise capabilities that drive autonomous system innovation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Irving, TX.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and architecture with a focus on data.
• 5+ years of experience in team leadership, management, and budget responsibility.
• Deep expertise in digital twin ecosystems, simulation architectures, and synthetic data generation.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI Factory environments and distributed training systems.
• Strong understanding of the NVIDIA Physical AI stack (Omniverse, Isaac, CUDA, etc.).
