What you will do

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality IT and data solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear features and user stories.
• Analyze complex business processes and end-to-end workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through rigorous analysis and validation.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams within a cross-functional Agile delivery framework.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and analyze complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with Hive and large-scale data environments.
• Proven experience in data analysis, quality validation, and data hygiene.
• Understanding of Big Data concepts and modern data ecosystems.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdynia or Gdańsk, Poland.

Nice to have

• Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark.
• Experience with solution design in data and analytics environments.
• Exposure to data governance, data modelling, or data engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and CI/CD concepts.
