Salary: $128,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting and expert knowledge of SAP technology.
• Develop, test, and deliver application break fixes for critical product defects.
• Provide functional support and training for specialist SAP modules.
• Manage key assigned accounts as a primary technical and functional advisor.
• Create scripts to identify, analyze, and correct data issues.
• Collaborate in a 24x7x365 virtual team environment to resolve high-pressure client situations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience, specifically with SAP Basis.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expertise in SAP HANA architecture, installation, performance tuning, and system migration.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, or Windows.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, MS-SQL, DB2, or Sybase.
• Fluent English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).

Nice to have

• SAP certifications.
• Experience with SAP SWPM tools.
• Consulting background.
• Experience with global implementations.
• Fluency in a second language.
