Principal SAP/SAC Architect (SAP)

Principal SAP/SAC Architect (SAP): Developing and configuring SAP Analytics Cloud tools to support multiple business sectors with an accent on SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and data pipeline design. Focus on building efficient planning and analytical capabilities, translating complex user stories into technical requirements, and optimizing master data interfaces.

Location: Fully remote (Expected to contribute from a non-hirify.global worksite, most commonly an employee's residence)

Salary: $180,000 - $211,150 per year

What you will do

• Develop and configure SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) tools and planning capabilities for various business sectors.
• Design and build analytics solutions utilizing SAP HANA, S/4HANA, SAC, and BW4/HANA.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions to define data acquisition, virtual data models, and report layouts.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to design data pipelines to and from SAC.
• Develop solutions through an Agile process utilizing incremental MVPs to iterate based on user feedback.
• Ensure consistency of master data between MDG and related systems including SAP ECC, S/4, BW, and BPC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in data analytics and linking development requirements to business needs.
• Experience with BI & Reporting tools such as SAP BO, AOE, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Power BI, and Tableau.
• 12 years of experience providing infrastructure requirements.
• 10 years of experience in SAP data & analytics products based on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• 5 years of experience implementing SAP SAC in a multinational environment.
