TL;DR
ServiceNow Discovery & CMDB Developer (ITOM): Implementing and maintaining Discovery and CMDB solutions across an enterprise infrastructure estate with an accent on automated asset population and pattern development. Focus on optimizing MID Servers, creating complex integrations via REST APIs, and ensuring CSDM compliance for hybrid cloud environments.
Location: Montreal, Quebec. Hybrid organization. Bilingualism (French and English) is required for Quebec.
Salary: 65,000 - 105,000 CAD

What you will do
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions specifically for Discovery and CMDB modules.
- Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers, credentials, probes, sensors, and discovery schedules.
- Build enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SFTP, and Graph Connectors.
- Automate asset and discovery processes via custom workflows, business rules, and scripts.
- Maintain CMDB accuracy using CSDM, CI classes, and the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
- Design custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into IT asset management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on work with Discovery and CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of CSDM, CI classes, relationships, and Discovery Patterns.
- Infrastructure expertise in networking (DNS, SNMP, WMI, SSH), Windows/Linux servers, and virtualization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (required for Quebec).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
