What you will do

• Develop scalable and maintainable code using Apex and JavaScript within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design complex technical solutions based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on scoping and roadmap planning.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge bases.
• Utilize AI tooling to enhance development productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 7+ years of experience in full stack development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, LWC, and Apex.
• Strong understanding of general security practices.
• Experience with AI engineering tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Ability to communicate effectively within an agile engineering team.

Nice to have

• Node.js experience.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
