What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for the reliability, observability, and operational health of engineering infrastructure.
• Drive root-cause analysis for complex issues spanning silicon, firmware, OS, networking, and distributed software.
• Build and improve debugging methodologies, monitoring systems, and automation workflows.
• Partner with silicon, firmware, and infrastructure teams to prioritize work and resolve critical issues.
• Mentor engineers and establish technical direction for long-term engineering success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, SRE, or systems engineering.
• Strong Linux systems expertise with deep experience debugging OS, networking, and hardware interactions.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Go, or Bash for building scalable engineering tools.
• Experience with observability platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology, which may be contingent on citizenship or residency status.
