What you will do

• Own and improve production reliability practices in collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams.
• Manage and enhance observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and logging tools to monitor production health.
• Support releases, hotfixes, and rollbacks, including comprehensive post-release monitoring.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, dashboards, alerting rules, and operational documentation.
• Lead incident response efforts and facilitate RCA/postmortem sessions.
• Ensure all release evidence is traceable and audit-ready.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Linux troubleshooting and networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, routing).
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, and Helm.
• Practical experience with GCP infrastructure, including IAM, networking, and load balancing.
• Proficiency with GitOps (FluxCD) and CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting.
• Experience defining and applying SLI/SLO/SLA reliability targets.
• Must be based in Macedonia, Poland, Turkey, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Knowledge of ArgoCD, service mesh, or advanced GCP infrastructure design.
• Background in the betting/gaming domain.
• Experience with on-call rotations using PagerDuty or Opsgenie.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts such as agents, skills, and MCP.
