Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud)

Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud/Infrastructure): Developing, deploying, and maintaining complex distributed infrastructure (cloud + 400 VMs) with an accent on automation, security, and resilience. Location: Remote (Polish C1 required, likely based in Poland)

Salary: Up to 26,400 PLN net per month

What you will do

• Collaborate with software development teams to support releases and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implement automated infrastructure and maintain existing cloud infrastructure and VMs.
• Monitor the environment using Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus to analyze and solve stability problems.
• Utilize SDLC knowledge to proactively optimize and automate infrastructure and processes.
• Shape the technical direction of platforms to ensure they remain highly automated, secure, and resilient.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps, SysOps, or Linux Administrator role within complex distributed infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Linux (particularly Rocky Linux) and experience with Docker.
• Fluency in Kubernetes and Helm, with practical experience using FluxCD.
• Proficiency in configuration management and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and GitLab CI.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as DigitalOcean, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Polish: C1 level (fluent) required
• English: B2 level required

Nice to have

• Experience with Rundeck, n8n, Clickhouse, ELK stack, Databricks, Dagster, Airflow, Airbyte, DataHub, and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with PCI-compliant infrastructures and security standards for system and application protection.
