What you will do

• Coordinate with the Regional Head to manage daily office operations and execute local business strategies.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor regional staff, including advisors, analysts, and administrative teams.
• Track business metrics and performance targets to ensure office profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology divisions to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Oversee office budgeting, procurement, and marketing initiatives.
• Perform regulatory supervisory functions and ensure team compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• People and project management experience strongly desired.
• Financial industry experience desired.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, 9, 63, and 10 exams within the first 3 months of employment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and work closely with senior management.
